Construction

The construction will be over a 7-10-year timeframe, dependent upon sales. The first homes are scheduled to be built in 2022.

The Masterplan is indicative only. The developers are willing to craft a scheme that works for your individual requirements; from rail siding access to workers’ accommodation, selling land-only or full turnkey packages to lease or to own.
