Sleepyhead Estate is located approximately 5km north of Huntly’s northern edge and 500m due east of the existing Ohinewai town. The 176-hectare site is situated on the main north-south infrastructure corridor – with State Highway 1 and the North Island main trunk railway line directly to the west. It is also connected via rail to two of New Zealand’s largest international ports, being Auckland and Tauranga.
